1. Marketplace Disclaimer My Super App acts as a platform to connect buyers and sellers. The refund policy for any item is determined solely by the individual seller.
•The My Super App is not responsible for refund disputes or the fulfillment of refund requests.
•The final decision on whether to accept a return or issue a refund rests with the seller, subject to their specific store policy.
2. Non-Refundable Items (Food & Perishables) Due to health and safety regulations, all food and perishable items are strictly non-refundable. Once an order for food has been placed and prepared/delivered, no returns or refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
3. Eligibility for Returns For non-food items, a return may only be considered if the goods are in original, sellable condition. This includes:
•Original packaging must be intact.
•Tags, labels, and seals must be unbroken.
•The item must show no signs of use or damage.
4. Shipping & Delivery Charges The responsibility for return delivery charges depends on the nature of the return:
•Seller Error: If the refund/return is due to a seller mistake (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), the seller shall bear the delivery costs.
•Customer Error: If the refund/return is due to a customer change of mind or error (e.g., ordered wrong size/color), the customer shall bear all applicable delivery charges.
•Discretion: Final determination of "fault" will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Final Authority My Super App reserves the right to make the final decision on any dispute. We reserve all rights to modify, refuse, or mediate refund requests to protect the integrity of the platform.
