1) Once customer makes a purchase on the marketplace, ie. Once an order is placed, irrespective of whether the payment is made or not, the purchase cannot be modified, replaced or refunded. If the customer wants to return the product because he placed the incorrect order, he must pay the applicable delivery fees.
2) It is entirely up to the Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendors and retailers to decide whether to accept returns for the merchandise; My Super App is not responsible for any refunds, exchanges, or cancellations of any purchases.
3) The Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendor is required to pay the necessary fees as specified by My Super App if the order is incorrectly delivered or packaged.
