"My Super app is a trademark of Godfodrik International (hereinafter the “Company”, “We”, “My Super App”, “Godfodrik”), its registered office at Block Number 41, Vishnu Nagar, Jawahar colony Rd, Behind "AIR", Chatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra-431005. The domain name www.godfodrik.co.in and www.mysuperapp.co.in is owned by the Company.
It is highly advised that you carefully read and comprehend these "Terms of Use/Terms and Conditions," as doing so indicates your agreement to be bound by them and that you understand that they form a contract between you and the Company (hereinafter, the "User Agreement") when you access this website or any of Godfodrik (My Super App) or its brand mobile applications (hereinafter, the "Marketplace", “Company”, “We”). You should not use or access the Marketplace in any way if you disagree with this User Agreement.

The Company may alter the User Agreement at any time and without prior notification. Therefore, each time you access and/or use the Marketplace, it is strongly advised that you read the User Agreement as it is posted there.
Hereafter, the terms "visitor(s)," "user(s)," "customer(s), consumer(s)," and "you", “Member” refers to the individual accessing, utilizing, perusing, and/or visiting the Marketplace at any given moment.

Ordering through the Marketplace: The Marketplace serves as a venue for customers to transact with independent sellers, merchants, and retailers. These parties have been granted access to the Marketplace in order to display information about their stores, products, and deals, either for sale through the Marketplace or simply to encourage customers to make in-person purchases from them. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company only offers the Marketplace as a venue for users to do business at their own expense and risk. Any additional services may be made available to users upon written notification.
The Company is not and will not be involved in any transaction involving you and the independent vendors. Or possess any authority, responsibility, or influence over the goods you buy from these third-party vendors, or the costs associated with those goods. As a result, the Company disclaims all responsibility and warranties pertaining to any goods sold on the Marketplace.
Only certain regions of India can access the Marketplace's services, and they are subject to limitations based on the days and hours that third-party merchants are open for business. Transactions through the Marketplace may be subject to a delivery charge or any other charges that would be communicated to you (the customer) during checkout. Online ordering and Financial Terms.
1) You can place orders through the Platform from various resellers and stores and Hotels, subject to the terms and conditions set out herein.
2) We have no ownership, sales, or resale rights over the Merchants, Retailers, or associated services offered in conjunction with them. You acknowledge that the terms and conditions outlined in these Terms of Use, including but not limited to product availability and delivery location serviceability, will apply to any order you place.
3) All orders placed on the Platform are treated as confirmed.
4) However, once you have successfully booked an order, we may call you at the phone or cell number you gave to confirm the purchase details, the price to be paid, and the projected delivery time. For this purpose, you will be needed to provide us with certain information, including but not limited to (i) your first and last name, (ii) your cell phone number, and (iii) your email address. It is your exclusive obligation to bring any incorrect information to our attention.
5) In addition to the foregoing, we may contact you by phone and/or email to inform and confirm any changes in the order owing to availability or unavailability, or a change in the order's pricing as advised by the Merchant. Please keep in mind that any changes or confirmations made to the order will be considered final. It is noted that My Super App reserves the right not to process your transaction if you are unavailable on the phone when we call you to confirm the order; in such cases, the cancellation and refund policy outlined below will apply.
6) All payments made by you for purchases/services on the Platform must be in Indian Rupees, which are acceptable in the Republic of India. The Platform will not support transactions with respect to any other form of currency for purchases made through the Platform. You can pay by (i) credit card, debit card, or net banking; (ii) any other RBI-approved payment method while booking an order; or (iii) A credit or debit card, or cash, at the time of delivery. You understand, accept, and agree that My Super App’s payment facility is not a banking or financial service, but rather a facilitator that provides an electronic, automated online electronic payment, receiving payment on delivery, collection, and remittance facility for transactions on the Platform through the existing authorized banking infrastructure and credit card payment gateway networks. Furthermore, by offering a payment facility, My Super App is not acting as trustees or in a fiduciary capacity with regard to the transaction or its pricing.
7) You acknowledge and agree that we operate as the Merchant's payment agent only for the purpose of taking payments from you on behalf of the Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendor. When you pay us amounts owed to the Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendor, you have fulfilled your payment responsibility to the Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendor, and we are responsible for remitting such amounts to the Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendor. You will not make any direct payments to the Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendor for Order bookings made through the Platform, unless they are Cash on Delivery orders.
8) You agree to pay us the complete price for the order that you placed on the Platform. We shall collect the complete money in line with the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use, as well as the price terms shown in the appropriate listing for the Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendor. Please keep in mind that we have no control over any fees that your bank may charge you in connection with our collection of the total amount, and we disclaim all liability in this regard.
9) In connection with your order, you will be required to supply standard billing information such as your name, billing address, and credit card information to either us or our third-party payment processor. You agree to pay us for the order you placed on the Platform, in line with these Terms. You hereby allow the collection of such funds by charging the credit card supplied when requesting the booking, either directly or indirectly, through a third-party online payment processor or one of the payment methods indicated on the Platform. If you are sent to our third-party payment processor, you may be subject to the terms and conditions that govern the use of that third party's service, as well as the third party's personal information gathering policies. Please examine the Platform's terms and conditions and privacy policy before utilizing its services. When you’re confirmed booking transaction is completed, you will receive a confirmation email or in app notification that summarizes your confirmed booking.
10) My Super App is only collecting the money on behalf of the Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendor, who will send the buyer the final tax bill along with the order. The Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendor is billing the customer and determining all applicable taxes and levies, including their rates and how they apply to the bill. My Super App disclaims any liability regarding the legality or correctness of the aforementioned taxes' imposition. The Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendor shall be solely liable for any legal matter pertaining to the taxes.
11) The Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendor alone set the prices that appear on the Platform, and the Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendor's information is the basis for their listing. In rare cases, prices may vary at the time of ordering owing to changes in the Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendor's product pricing. The Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendor reserve the right to determine the reason for any such price changes, which may be related to a variety of uncontrollable circumstances.
12) Disclaimer: Due to technical difficulties, typographical errors, or inaccurate product information provided by the Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendor, prices on any product(s) may appear inaccurately on the platform. In such a case, My Super App or the Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendor may cancel the relevant order(s).
13) Any warranty or guarantee applied to the products supplied to customers will be the full responsibility of the Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendor and will never fall under My Super App’s purview.
14) Since the transaction is bilateral between the Buyer and the Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendor, My Super App will not be responsible for any taxes that may be incurred.
1) Once customer makes a purchase on the marketplace, ie. Once an order is placed, irrespective of whether the payment is made or not, the purchase cannot be modified, replaced or refunded. If the customer wants to return the product because he placed the incorrect order, he must pay the applicable delivery fees.
2) It is entirely up to the Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendors and retailers to decide whether to accept returns for the merchandise; My Super App is not responsible for any refunds, exchanges, or cancellations of any purchases.
3) The Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendor is required to pay the necessary fees as specified by My Super App if the order is incorrectly delivered or packaged.
1) The only non-prescription orders we are able to fill, A Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendor will be responsible for paying a fine if he listing of prescription drugs on the app which causes any issues with compliance. On the My Super app, no physician will list any prescription medications. All rights reserved by My Super app. In this case, My Super App as a platform is just a facilitator here.
1) You understand and agree that we won't be held accountable for:
• The products or services offered by the Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendor.
• The goods or services provided by the Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendor falling short of your expectations or causing you to suffer loss, hurt, or damage;
• the availability or non-availability of specific items;
• Or the Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendor serving the wrong orders. order needs to be verified before the delivery rider
2) The details of the products and price list published on the Platform are based on information provided by the Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendors, and we will not be liable for any change, cancellation, or unavailability.
3) If your delivery address falls outside of our current service area, you may be unable to use our services. We will advise you of this when we confirm your purchase booking.
4) You understand that the shipping times stated to you when you confirmed the order are only an estimate and may vary. It may be dependent on the traffic situation and other unanticipated factors. It may delay; all rights reserved to my super app.
5) Your order will only be delivered to the address you provided when placing your order on the Platform. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel the order if the place of delivery changes and you will not be entitled to a refund.
6) You agree to give proper directions, information, and authorization to receive delivery. If you fail to accept delivery or deliver within the estimated time due to your failure to provide appropriate instructions or authorizations, the goods will be deemed delivered to you, and all risk and responsibility for such goods will pass to you, with no right to a refund. Our decision on this will be final and binding.
7) You accept that our liability ceases once the order is delivered via any my super app platform. This is our responsibility until you check the order before the delivery rider departs your location; once the rider leaves, we will consider the order to be successful.
8) Services provided:
- You agree that we won't be held accountable for any shortfall in the amount due for the goods you bought from the Services.
- Each purchase on the Service shall include the essential instructions for redeeming the Services. The terms of the Services will be controlled by these Terms of Use, as well as any other terms included in the document that confirms the sale of the Service. You will not be entitled to any credit, refund, or pay back for the value of the products sold if you do not redeem the items within the expiry date or in line with the terms thereof.
- You accept and acknowledge that neither we nor the Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendor will be liable if you fail to comply with the Terms of Use.
- You may be required to provide your credit or debit card information to the approved payment gateways while completing the payment. In order to use the Services, you agree to supply correct and accurate credit/debit card information to the permitted payment gateways. You shall not use a credit/debit card that is not lawfully owned by you; in any transaction, you must use your own credit/debit card. The information you give will not be used or shared with any third parties unless required for fraud verification or by law, regulation, or court order. You shall be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your credit or debit card information. We expressly disclaim any and all liabilities that may arise
9) We are continually striving to provide you with correct information on the platform. However, if a problem occurs, we may, at our sole discretion, contact you with additional instructions.
10) If you utilize the platform, you do so at your own risk.
11) You agree that we will supply the Services solely within the applicable Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendors' operating hours.
12) The eligibility to receive any sample during the sampling activity is limited to specific customers, and my Super App maintains the right to determine the eligibility of any client or order to receive the sample.
13) The Customer certifies that all of the information they have provided to My Super App is true and accurate, and they accept full responsibility and liability should any of the information be found to be inaccurate. Any changes to the Member's contact information must be reported to My Super App via the My Super App helpdesk. My Super App, its Authorized Retailers, or its Suppliers will not be liable for any delays in the delivery of the goods, services, or rewards that a member has ordered if the member neglects to submit the updated address information on time.
1) The Indian Contract Act, 1872 defines "incompetent to contract" as those who are not allowed to use or access the Marketplace, including minors and undischarged insolvents. You may use or access the Marketplace, however, if you are a minor, that is, under the age of 18, and you are under the supervision of an adult parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms of Use. It is, nevertheless, against the law (even under provision) for you to buy any goods or products intended for adult consumption, the sale of which is forbidden to minors.
2) If the following occurs: (i) it is discovered or brought to the Company's attention that you do not conform to the eligibility criteria; (ii) the Company has reason to believe (including through evaluating usage patterns) that the eligibility criteria is not met/is violated by a user; or (iii) you may breach the terms of this User Agreement, the Company, in its sole discretion and without liability, reserves the right to terminate or refuse your registration or to refuse use/access to the Marketplace. The Company uses a variety of technologies, including algorithms and/or pre-established criteria, to assess compliance with eligibility requirements. As a result, occasionally, your usage may be restricted or denied due to overlap with these algorithms or pre-established criteria. Such circumstances, if you
1) By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions during the Opt-in procedure, the store acknowledges his/her willingness to participate in the Program and eligibility to be a store in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable Indian laws. 2) The store understands and agrees that by providing his/her contact information, including, but not limited to, phone number, physical address, and email address, My Super App reserves the right to communicate its Program and promotional offers via these channels, as well as any other information provided as part of the registration process. The Store understands and agrees to receive program-related updates, as well as other administrative and promotional communications, via these communication channels. On boarding on My Super App is not transferable under any circumstances.
3) You agree and understand that platform fees must be paid in order to deduct monthly platform use charges. We may remove money from my Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendor account using my super app without notifying the store or restaurant.
4) Additionally, the Member agrees to comply with all directives, guidelines, instructions, etc. given by My Super App regarding any and all issues pertaining to My Super App’s services, as well as to supply any additional information My Super App requests as and when My Super App communicates it.
5) The store is the only one in charge of platform pricing and is obligated to deliver goods as soon as a customer places an order; any weight shortfall will be subject to a penalty if the consumer raises a complaint, however we are not responsible for any weight shortfall.
6) The store is in responsible for ensuring shelf life, MRP compliance, and other government regulations involving weight and measurement. If the store receives complaints about defective or unhygienic goods, they will be held accountable for any harm to the My Super App brand. The retailer shall adhere to the FSSAI guidelines, if applicable.
1) Eligible for the required valid document for on boarding according to the necessary information
You are granted a limited sublicense by the Company to access and use the Marketplace for personal use. However, you are not permitted to download (except from page caching) or change the Marketplace or any component of it without the Company's prior written approval. The Marketplace or its contents may not be resold or used for commercial purposes. It is also prohibited to collect and use product listings, descriptions, or prices. The Marketplace or its contents may not be used in any other way. Information may not be downloaded or copied for the benefit of another party. Finally, data mining, robots, or other similar data gathering and extraction tools may not be used. Without the express prior written authorization of the Company, no part of the Marketplace may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise utilized for any commercial purpose. Without the express prior written approval of the Company, you are not permitted to frame or use framing methods to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary material (including images, text, page layout, or form) of the Marketplace, the Company, or any of its affiliates. Without the company's express prior written approval, you are not permitted to use any meta tags or other "hidden text" that makes use of the company's name or trademarks. You hereby agree and undertake not to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information. is illegal in any way; hurts minors in any way; belongs to someone else and over which you have no right; is blatantly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, libelous, invasive of another person's privacy, hateful, or racially or ethnically objectionable; disparages, relates to, or encourages money laundering or gambling; breaches any current laws; violates any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary or intellectual property rights; or misleads the recipient about the source of such communications conveys any content that is really insulting or frightening; impersonates another person; contains computer viruses or any other code, files, or programs intended to disrupt, destroy, or limit the operation of any computer resource; endangers India's unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty; impairs friendly relations with other countries; disturbs public order; encourages the commission of any crime that can be prosecuted; obstructs an investigation into a crime; or is derogatory to any other country.
Any unlawful usage will immediately result in the cancellation of any permit or sublicense that the company has given.
Before using the Marketplace to place an order, all users must register and log in. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of your account and registration information in all correspondence pertaining to your Marketplace purchases. The user consents to receive newsletters and promotional materials from the company and its partners by accepting the terms of use. The user has the option to unsubscribe from these communications and/or newsletters by contacting Marketplace customer service and making the necessary request.
The Company may gather personally identifiable information about you during the Marketplace registration process, including but not limited to your Name, email address, age, address, mobile phone number, and other contact details; demographic profile (such as your age, gender, occupation, education, address, etc.); and information about the pages you visit/access on the Marketplace, the links you click on the Marketplace, how often you access a specific page/feature, and any other information of that kind. The Company's Privacy Policy, available at http://www.godfodrik.co .in/privacy/, governs the information gathered about you and is referenced in these Terms of Use.
The company wants to make sure that all product prices that are put up for sale are accurate and truthful. However, occasionally, technical difficulties, typographical errors, or inaccurate product information supplied to the Company by a third-party seller may cause the prices of some products to be out of date or wrong. The Company retains the right, in any of these situations, to cancel the order without incurring any further costs. Subject to the aforementioned, no goods offered for sale on the Marketplace will be sold for more than its MRP (Maximum Retail Price). Instead, the price stated at the time of ordering a product shall be the price charged at the time of delivery. The store is responsible for covering the cost of returns and client attempts again for orders.
My Super App is indemnified against any claim for personal loss, physical damage, gross negligence, or deliberate misconduct resulting from any activity or accident related to this Agreement. Member agrees to reimburse My Super App for any costs, including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees, incurred in defending any such claim. My Super App shall not be liable to Members for any damages incurred through no fault of their own.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless My Super App and its subsidiaries, affiliates, subcontractors, officers, directors, employees, consultants, representatives, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees and costs) arising from:(a) Unauthorized use of our Platforms; (b) Violations of these Terms or applicable laws; (c) Violations of third-party rights, such as copyright, property, or privacy; or This indemnity obligation shall outlast the termination of Your account or use of the Services and App.
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by Indian laws, and they will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the location of the relevant centre. The Members agree and acknowledge that they will not bring any issues about the Terms and Conditions to any other courts than those located in the relevant centre. Any dispute or difference between the parties arising out of or in relation to the construction, scope, operation, or effect of these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be settled by negotiation in the first instance, and if that fails, it will be referred to and settled by arbitration in Aurangabad in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and the award made One arbitrator will be appointed and approved by mutual accord. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
The platform may be constantly upgraded, and some functions and features may not be completely operational. Due to the variations that can occur in the electronic distribution of information and the limitations inherent in providing information obtained from multiple sources,there We expressly disclaim all liability that may arise as a result of any unauthorized use of credit/debit cards. You agree that third-party services are available on the platform.
we may have formed partnerships or alliances with some of these third parties to help us provide certain services to you. however, you acknowledge and agree that we make no representation or warranty regarding any third party's services, nor will we be liable to you or any third party for any consequences or claims arising from or in connection with such third party, including, but not limited to, any liability or responsibility for death, injury, or impairment experienced by you or any third party.
You hereby disclaim and waive any rights or claims you may have against us in respect of third party / Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendors services. My Super App disclaims and all liability that may arise as a result of any violation of the food safety and standards act, 2006 and applicable rules and regulations made thereunder, such liability being attributable to the Store/ Restaurants/Merchant/Vendor.
The information provided herein is provided "as is". we and/or our employees make no warranty or representation as to the timeliness, content, sequence, accuracy, effectiveness, or completeness of any information or data furnished hereunder, or that the information or data provided hereunder can be relied on. multiple responses may usually be made available from different sources and it is left to the judgments of users based on their specific circumstances to use, adapt, modify or alter suggestions or use them in conjunction with any other sources they may have, thereby absolving us as well as our consultants, business associates, affiliates, business partners and employees from any kind of professional liability.
We will not be liable to you or anyone else for any losses or injury resulting from or related to the information provided on the platform. In no event will we, our employees, affiliates, authors, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any decision made or action taken as a result of your reliance on the content contained herein. in no event will we be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, damages arising from personal injury/wrongful death, and damages resulting from lost profits, lost data, or business interruption), resulting from any services provided by any third party or merchant accessed through the platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort,
We are either the owner of intellectual property rights or have the non-exclusive, global, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) right to use the intellectual property in the Platform and any material published thereon. You may print one copy and download extracts of any page(s) from the Platform for your own use, and you may direct the attention of others in your organization to material available on the Platform. You must not make any changes to the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed or downloaded, and you must not use any illustrations, pictures, video or audio sequences, or graphics without the accompanying text. You may not use any of the materials on the Platform for commercial purposes without first obtaining a license from us or our licensors. If you print, copy, or download any part of the Platform in violation of these Terms of Use, your permission to use the Platform will be terminated immediately, and you must return or delete any copies you have made.
We process information that you supply to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We cannot and will not guarantee that other users will comply with the following guidelines or any other condition of these Terms of Use, and you agree to bear all risk of harm or injury as a result of such noncompliance. You acknowledge that when you click on a link that leaves the Platform, you will be sent to a site that is not under our control and may have different terms of service and privacy policies in place. By evaluating links to other websites, you agree that we are not responsible for those sites. We reserve the right to disable links to and/or from third-party websites to the Platform, but we are not obligated to do so.
Each provision of these Terms and Conditions is severable and distinct from the others, and if one or more of such provisions is or becomes illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under any applicable law, the legality, validity, or enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected in any way.
My Super App has implemented an IP Notice and Take down Policy ("Take Down Policy") to allow intellectual property owners to simply report listings that infringe on their rights, ensuring that infringing products are removed from the site, as they erode Buyer and Seller trust. Only the intellectual property rights owner can report potentially infringing products or listings through the Take down Policy by submitting a Notice of Infringement in the required format. If you do not hold the intellectual property rights, you can still help by contacting the owner and asking them to contact us.
The Company, its suppliers, and licensors expressly reserve all intellectual property rights to all text, programs, products, methods, technology, pictures, content, and other materials available on the Marketplace. Access to or use of the Marketplace does not and should not be construed as granting anybody a license or sub-license to the Company's intellectual property rights. The Company owns or has a license for all rights, including copyright, to the Marketplace. Any use of the Marketplace or its contents, including copying or storing them in whole or part, is prohibited without the Company's express prior written approval.
You may not change, distribute, or re-post any content on the Marketplace for any reason. The Company's trademarks/service marks include its names and logos, as well as all connected product and service names, design marks, and slogans. All other trademarks are property of their respective owners. There is no trademark or service mark license given in conjunction with the materials on the Marketplace. My Super app: Shop Grocery Online Google Play App. My Super app: Sell Online Google Play App. My super app or Godfodrik are not responsible for transactions conducted on other platforms that are not affiliated with my super app or Godfodrik.
Some Services are supported by advertising income and may include commercials and promotions. In exchange for My Super App allowing you access to and use of the Services, you agree that My Super App may display such advertising on the Services.

The person submitting the information/material is solely responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Marketplace and/or the My Super App Platform conforms with applicable international and national legislation. Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions for, advertisers other than My Super App found on or through the Marketplace and/or My Super App Platform, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. My Super App is not responsible or liable for any error or omission, inaccuracies in advertising information, or any loss.
My Super App disclaims all liability for the accuracy, completeness, legality, or reliability of any information related to a charitable campaign ("Charitable Campaign") that is sent to customers and/or displayed on the Marketplace and/or My Super App Platform and that gives customers the option to donate money by (a) paying on a third-party website or (b) depositing money to a third-party bank account. My Super App is not involved in any way in the collection or utilization of funds collected pursuant to the Charitable Campaign. Information related to the Charitable Campaign is displayed for informational purposes only, and customers are advised to conduct their own independent verification before taking any action in this regard.
Godfodrik International, ("Sponsor"), whose major place of business is located Sambhaji nagar, is the owner, operator, and operator of the website www.godfodrik.co.in or www.mysuperapp.co.in, and is sponsoring this contest (the "Contest"). Any entry into or involvement in a contest will be considered an unqualified and final acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions include all entry instructions and any other particular information about the competition or the prizes (although these terms and conditions will take precedence in the case of a dispute or inconsistency).

The Sponsor's decision is final and binding on all parties in the event of a dispute or disagreement regarding this Contest. Unless otherwise specifically acknowledged in writing by Sponsor, these T&C constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Contest or the Prize and supersede all earlier oral or written representations, agreements, negotiations, or understandings. All terms, guarantees, and representations, whether express or implied by law, are excluded, save as may be specifically stated above. The remaining terms and conditions remain in effect even in the event that any part of a T&C or Condition is declared illegal, invalid, or unenforceable. A right or remedy granted by law or this agreement may not be waived, nor may the exercise of such right or remedy or any other right or remedy be waived. No one who is not a party to these T&C is intended to or will be granted any rights, entitlements, claims, or benefits as a result of them. As a result, no one shall, by virtue of the Contracts, have any benefit or right, entitlement, or claim with respect to this Agreement. The competition is only open to Indian citizens.
The My Super App retains the right, at any time, to alter the contest's rules, regulations, or eligibility requirements in its sole discretion, without providing any prior notice or explanation. Any participant who suffers losses (if any) as a result of a change or cancellation will not be held responsible by the Sponsor.
